The 2010 Summer Fun Golf Camps

     
     

 The Summer Fun Golf Camps:
Level 1 –    The Beginner Camp is recommended for new golfers and returning campers who do not yet hit the ball consistently, or who have very little experience.  Typically these golfers do not hit a 7 iron 25 yards in the air in 3 out of 5 attempts, do not sink 3 out of 5 putts from 2 feet, do not two-putt 3 out of 5 times from 10 feet, and do not break 72 for a 9 hole “par 3” short golf course.  Must be age 7 or older by 6/11/2010.

Level 2 –    The Advanced Beginner Camp is for golfers who play 3 to 4 times a year and know some golf terminology.  Typically these golfers can hit a 7 iron 25 yards in the air in 3 out of 5 attempts, can sink 3 out of 5 putts from 2 feet, can two-putt 3 out of 5 times from 10 feet, and can break 72 for a 9 hole “par 3” short golf course.  Must be age 7 or older by 6/11/2010.

Level 3 –    The Intermediate Camp is for golfers who are playing golf 3 to 4 times a month and are comfortable with golf terminology.  Typically these golfers can two-putt 3 out of 5 times from 20 feet, chip 3 out of 5 times to within 6’ from 10 feet off the green, can hit pitch shots on the green 3 out of 5 times from 20 yards off the green and can hit a 7 iron 50 yards in the air in 3 out of 5 attempts.  Must be age 7 or older by 6/11/2010.

Level 4 –    The Advanced Intermediate Camp is for golfers who are playing golf several times a week.  Typically these golfers can score 54 or better from the forward tees on a 9 hole regulation golf course, understand the game (including sand play), can hit a 7 iron 75 yards in the air in 3 out of 5 attempts, and can hit a driver 100 yards in the air in 3 out of 5 attempts.
